RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within ninety (90) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:
     ●     Firearms
     ●     "Dot Sale" Clearance Merchandise
     ●     Special Orders
     ●     Items listed as "Currently Available Online Only"
     ●     Out-of-Season Merchandise
     ●     Items that use gas, oil, and diesel products

Please Note
     ●     We strive to process your online orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, your order cannot be canceled or exchanged without the expressed consent of Theisens.com. We encourage customers to review their orders closely.
     ●     To avoid return shipping costs, customers are able to return their online orders to their local Theisen's store.
     ●     Refunds will be issued once the product is received by Theisen's and will be given in the same form that the original purchase was paid. Refund amounts will be for the cost of the product and any taxes that were applied to the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges due to customer error or a manufacturer defect are not refundable.
     ●     The carrier accepts responsibility for the package once it leaves our facility. Items damaged by the shipping carrier may not be returned. If your merchandise arrives damaged from the shipping carrier, disputes need to be submitted to that carrier. Once the claim has been approved, we will credit your payment for the order amount.
     ●     Most items carry a manufacturer's warranty, which is passed directly to the customer. Theisen's may be able to assist you in contacting the manufacturer for warranty claims. Theisen’s has no control over the terms and conditions of the warranty. All defective merchandise is limited to repair or replacement under the manufacturer's warranty.
     ●     All returns must be completed within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise noted. All items must be in new, unused condition and contain all original packaging and accessories.
